How long does it take to deliver?
We aim to deliver on the NEXT working day of receiving your order for orders placed before noon and delivered to mainland GB (courier restrictions permitting).
How do I find out when my delivery will arrive?
All orders will be delivered Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), generally on a next day service. During adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be disrupted. On despatch tracking details will be sent via email. Delivery updates will be sent via email or SMS directly from the courier.
Who will deliver my item(s)?
We use Parcelforce and DPD 24/48 hour service. If you request for comments to be added to your delivery, please be aware that it is down to the discretion of the individual courier driver; unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for instances when specific instructions (e.g. please leave in porch) are not followed through by the driver.
Will all my items arrive together?
Our products come from multiple locations and therefore unfortunately it is not always possible to consolidate your order into one delivery. You will receive tracking information for all deliveries plus SMS or email notifications from each courier.
Returns and Refund Policy:

You are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date you have received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will refund via the original payment method used to purchase your item(s) within 48 hours. It may take longer to show on your statement depending on your card issuer.
