Returns and Refund Policy

Returns
You are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date you have received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wovenhill can arrange for a collection on your behalf at the cost of £9.99, this will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at Wovenhill.

If this is something you wish to proceed with please email sales@wovenhill.co.uk with your order number and a day of your choice (Monday – Friday) on which you would like the collection to take place.

As we are an online only company with no retail premises we cannot trade as such, therefore, we are unable to accept returns in person.

Refunds
Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will refund via the original payment method used to purchase your item(s) within 48 hours. It may take longer to show on your statement depending on your card issuer.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a fault or damage, please email us at sales@wovenhill.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will aim to contact you to discuss a solution within 2 working days
